  The story

  White chocolate and a strong earl grey, steamed together until the milk fogs the window beside you, which is where the name came from on a particularly cold morning in 2023. The bergamot does the work here — white chocolate on its own is too sweet to be interesting, and the tea cuts straight through it. We use a loose leaf from a shop two doors down and brew it twice as strong as you would drink it. Pale, fragrant, and not remotely what people expect when they order something described as hot chocolate.
